A nonprofit organization built on two powerful ideas: excellence in the automotive detailing industry and creating real opportunities for the next generation.
Our automotive experience includes producing high-end work for countless private collectors and vehicles associated with some of the most recognized automotive events and organizations in the country, including Barrett-Jackson, Mecum Auctions, Kool Deadwood Nites, the Turkey Rod Run, and SEMA.
But for us, detailing is about much more than creating exceptional vehicles.

Breaking Cycles of Poverty
At Destin2Shine, we use faith-informed workforce development to help at-risk youth develop real-world skills, confidence, discipline, and a pathway toward financial independence.
Our program is built around three pillars:
SHINE
Learn the Craft
Professional automotive detailing and hands-on vocational training designed to develop a highly skilled workforce.
GRIND
Learn the Business
Business fundamentals, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, professionalism, and leadership development.
OWN
Build the Future
Mentorship and support designed to help participants pursue employment, advance within the industry, or ultimately launch and operate their own detailing business.
We believe poverty does not have to determine a young person’s future. When you combine opportunity with skills, mentorship, accountability, and someone willing to believe in their potential, you can change the trajectory of a life.
